3. FastVLM Model License

FastVLM models are provided for research, development, and commercial use subject to the following conditions:

FastVLM models and associated documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Apple retains all rights, title, and interest in the FastVLM technology and research.

FastVLM models are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs
• Continuous availability of download services
• Compatibility with all devices or systems
• Freedom from errors or defects

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FastVLM models.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy. FastVLM prioritizes on-device processing to protect your privacy.
